The Thalasso Coast
Tunisia is the world's #2 thalassotherapy destination after France — seawater pools, algae wraps and hammams perfected over decades in Hammamet and Djerba.
Seven centuries of seawater healing, whitewashed villages above a turquoise sea, and one night of silence under Sahara stars. Yasmine Retreats are small, unhurried journeys through Tunisia — designed for people who carry a lot, and are ready to set some of it down.
Our Philosophy · The Method
Tunisia is the sacred container — never the itinerary.
You do not come to Yasmine to tour Tunisia. You come to turn inward — and Tunisia holds you while you do. The sea, the desert, and this country's old silence traditions are not the product. They are the container: they serve the journey, or they are cut. An excursion earns its place here only if it carries the inner arc forward — purification, release, descent, return. If it merely entertains, it goes.
Every Yasmine journey walks the same five movements, in order — the five petals of our jasmine mark. You will learn this language on arrival night, and you will hear it every day until it means something personal to you.
Settling
Phones away, the world released, the circle formed.
The exhale
The body, the place, the rhythm. Feet on the ground before anything is asked.
Letting go
Breathwork, bodywork, naming and setting down the weight.
The descent
Silence, and the still point the whole journey bends toward.
Carrying it home
Integration, the letter to the self, the 30-day practice.
From Our Door to Yours
Dear traveller,
If you are reading this with your shoulders somewhere up around your ears — welcome. You are exactly who we built this for.
A Yasmine week is simple: the sea in the morning, your hands in clay or couscous by afternoon, jasmine in the air at night — and somewhere along the way, a desert so quiet you can hear your own life again. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mandatory. Everything is held.
Come as you are. Leave carrying less.
Come back to yourself.
— Yasmine

The Daily Rhythm
The same sacred architecture, identical across all five journeys. Each day holds two to three anchored practice sessions, with rest and integration protected between them. Facilitators hold space and never do therapy — Yasmine is wellness, always.
Arrival day opens gently — evening welcome circle only. Day two is gentler, honoring jet lag. Desert nights run later, under the stars. In summer, the whole frame shifts earlier to respect the heat.
House Agreements
These are the container that makes depth possible — and we tell you why each one exists.
Surrendered at check-in into a locked phone hotel: a real, visible, cared-for place. Full surrender on The Quiet Rebuild and For the Ones Who Listen; evenings-only minimum on the other three journeys. Families reach guests through the retreat manager at any time — no one at home ever worries.
Mornings in silence until after breakfast, every day, every journey. Evenings unwind toward silence: voices lower, the day settles, lights down at 22:00 into silence until dawn.
Why Tunisia
Morocco gets the crowds. Tunisia gets the light, the sea, the silence — and three thousand years of layered civilisation, at a gentler pace and a gentler price.
Tunisia is the world's #2 thalassotherapy destination after France — seawater pools, algae wraps and hammams perfected over decades in Hammamet and Djerba.
Near Tozeur, the dunes begin. No light pollution, no signal, no noise — just wind, sand, and the most stars you have ever seen in one sky.
Carthaginian ports, Roman mosaics, Ottoman palaces, Andalusian villages. The Tunis medina alone is a UNESCO-listed labyrinth of 700 monuments.
Some Tunisian olive trees were planted by the Romans. You'll taste oil pressed from groves that have fed families for forty generations.
The Programs
Every journey walks the five movements — Arrive · Ground · Release · Deepen · Return — inside the same daily rhythm. Practices come first; experiences serve the arc, never more than one a day. Every meal shown on an itinerary is included; free-evening dinners are the guest's own, stated plainly on the day. Open any program for the complete day-by-day itinerary.
For anyone who needs the whole journey
The complete Yasmine arc: arrive above the sea in Sidi Bou Said, be restored by thalasso water in Hammamet, learn the medina and the kitchen — then cross the country to sleep two nights in the Sahara, and let the desert finish what the sea began.
For high-achieving women
For the woman everyone leans on. Six days of putting down the performance self — sisterhood circles, hammam ritual, dance as release, one private session, and a desert night where nobody needs anything from you at all.
For couples, to reset together
Partner yoga at dawn, a couples' hammam, guided connection sessions, a sunset boat, a private dinner in the dunes — and a full free day to simply be two people on holiday again.
For the deeply tired
Our slowest program, by design. No alarms, nothing mandatory, sleep first. Eight days of gentle movement, seawater, float time and long unstructured stretches — a rebuild, not a bootcamp.
For therapists & mental-health providers
You hold space for everyone. Here, the space holds you. Peer circles in the Balint tradition, a whole day of receiving bodywork, a half-day of noble silence, and a Sahara night — for the ones who listen, finally listened to.
The Experiences
What's Included
A note on pricing: prices shown are indicative “from” prices per person in shared accommodation (couples' program priced per couple). Final dates and pricing are confirmed personally with every guest before any payment is taken.
Questions
Request a Place
Requesting a place begins with intention. Tell us why now, what you are carrying, and what you hope to release — in a short intention form. Then a screening call, fifteen to twenty minutes, before any deposit: we talk through your intention, your readiness for silence and daily breathwork, and whether this journey is the right one. Guests who are not ready are told so, kindly, and pointed to the right journey or the right time. Only after the call does a deposit confirm your place.
Minimum cohort: 6 guests on every journey.
If a date doesn't reach it, the journey doesn't run thin — each guest chooses: transfer to a later date, or a full refund.
After final payment, a preparation packet arrives — an intention-setting audio, a letter to write on the plane, arrive-ready guidance. On arrival night, our recorded 2-minute welcome opens the retreat. On the last night, you receive the 30-day home practice plan and a printed Journey Journal Booklet. Two online follow-up circles, facilitator-led, at day 14 and day 30 — part of the journey, not an add-on.
